Physical Product Test Results

This technical report, issued by Intertek Building & Construction (B&C), details the comprehensive performance testing of the Frameless Glass Curtains Limited P5 Sliding/Stacking Door (3L/3R). Conducted at Intertek’s Fresno, California facility, the system was evaluated against the AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-22 North American Fenestration Standard.

• Performance Class and Grade: Class LC-PG25 (Light Commercial), certified by Keystone Certifications, for a tested size of 6150 x 2100 mm (242-1/8 x 82-43/64 in.).
• Air Infiltration: Measured at <0.1 L/s/m² (<0.01 cfm/ft²), meeting or exceeding required resistance levels.
• Water Penetration Resistance: Successfully passed testing at a pressure of 180 Pa (3.76 psf) with no leakage.
• Structural Integrity: Tested at a design pressure of ±1440 Pa (±30.08 psf), with additional structural testing to ±2160 Pa (±45.11 psf) recording a permanent set of just 0.3 mm against 7.9 mm allowed.
• Operating Force: 22.2 N (5.0 lbf) to initiate motion, against 155 N (35 lbf) allowed.
• Forced Entry Resistance: Passed requirements per AAMA 1304-18.
