South Wales Frameless Internal Glass Doors.
A property renovation in Penarth, South Wales with two internal frameless glass doors and screens.
The first door comprises fixed glazed panels with a central single door. The door leaf has spring blocks to provide effective door control with a hidden floor closer. Hung on the right viewed from the one side of the room, the door has a contemporary glass handle.
The other single door on this renovation project has the same specification, but at a smaller size as a single entrance door and with opaque glass. Both door sets have toughened glass with polished and smooth edges.
Benefits of Frameless Interior Doors
- Bifolding door with no visible vertical mullions for the best clear views and light.
- Excellent for dividing off a room whilst still maintaining maximum light and airiness.
- Helps close off draughty unused areas without losing the light.
- Flexibility to then fold back and open up the space for open plan living.
- Low 5mm threshold, not a trip hazard.
